These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Effatha by Eva Schwerzmann (hereinafter "the provider") and the customers (hereinafter "the participant") regarding participation in online courses, programs and digital content, in particular the Sacred Worth Restoration Protocol™.
The subject of the contract is the provision of digital content (in particular audio and video recordings of Sacred Activations) via the Effatha Academy online platform. The content is released in a structured way in phases or bundles over a period of nine weeks.
The participant additionally receives access to a private community and – where shown in the respective program – to a personal Light Language message and further gift packages.
Upon completion of the order process and payment, the participant receives a confirmation email and separate access details for the course area. The access details are personal and may not be shared with third parties.
The prices for the respective programs are shown on the website. The following payment options are available:
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the checkout page (TWINT, credit card, PayPal).
The participant has access to the content for at least 24 months from the joint start of the program – and beyond that, for as long as the Sacred Worth Restoration Protocol™ is offered on the Effatha Academy. What is once unlocked remains unlocked. Nothing expires.
For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the content has been unlocked for the participant. By unlocking the content, the participant expressly agrees that provision will begin and the right of withdrawal thus expires.
With any refund within the scope of the satisfaction guarantee, the participant's right to use the Sacred Worth Restoration Protocol™ ends. In this case, the content must be deleted immediately and may not be used further.
The Sacred Worth Restoration Protocol™ consists of six bundles. The provider recommends completing one bundle per week. If, after completing all six bundles, the participant feels that the program was not right for them or that no personal value could be drawn from it, they may write an email to the provider by the end of the 7th week after the date of purchase at the latest. The provider will refund the full purchase price – uncomplicated and without discussion.
The provided content is protected by copyright. The participant receives a simple, non-transferable right of use limited to the term of this contract for personal use. Any sharing, reproduction, publication or commercial use of the content is expressly prohibited.
The content of the Sacred Worth Restoration Protocol™ does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment. The participant takes part in the program on their own responsibility. The provider does not guarantee specific results or effects. Every transformation process is individual.
The provider's liability for damages not arising from the subject matter of the contract itself is – insofar as legally permissible – excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider, insofar as legally permissible.
